Billing — manage your card, invoices, and renewal
mySecond bills per seat: one seat per team member, $39 per seat per month or $390 per seat per year.
When to use this
- You want to update your card or download an invoice
- You're checking what you'll be charged
- Your subscription ended and you want to renew
Setup
- Open Settings → Billing in mySecond.
- Select Manage subscription. This opens your billing portal.
- In the portal, update your card, download invoices and receipts, or cancel.
How it works
Seats follow your team automatically. Invite a member and a seat is added. Remove one and it's removed. There is no separate seat control.
Invoices and receipts live in the billing portal — download them anytime from Manage subscription.
If your subscription ends, Admins see a renew prompt in mySecond, priced by the current seat count. If you're not an Admin, ask your Admin to renew.
Coupons can apply to monthly or yearly billing only. Checkout shows which one before you pay.
