Get Started with your PM OS — connect Claude Code in minutes
Connect Claude Code to mySecond so it knows your company, your users, and your competitors — and remembers them.
When to use this
- You just signed up and want to start working
- You're setting up on a new machine
- You got disconnected and want to reconnect
Setup
- Make a folder for your PM work (call it "PMOS") and open it in Claude Code. On Desktop, open the folder from Claude Code. In a terminal, run
cd pmos && claude. Tip: you can open your product's repo instead — skills can then read your code. - Go to mysecond.ai/connect and copy the message shown there.
- Paste the message into Claude Code. It installs your PM OS on its own — about a minute.
- Approve the connection when Claude Code asks. A browser tab opens, and one click links your account. If you don't see the tab, check your other browser windows.
- Quit and reopen Claude Code so it loads mySecond.
- Run
/welcome. Claude spends about five minutes learning your company, product, and personas.
How it works
The message you paste installs 70+ PM skills and links Claude Code to your mySecond account. /welcome then builds your five context files — company, product, personas, competitors, and goals. From then on, every skill uses your context. Your outputs sync to mySecond after each session, so you can read and edit them in the Files tab.
