How it works

Every work folder — discovery, strategy, specs, launches — follows the same inputs / outputs pattern.

Inputs are how you give information to your PM OS. Drop transcripts, research, competitor docs, or briefs straight into the matching inputs/ folder on your computer using Finder, your file manager, or by saving directly from another app — skills will pick them up from there. Integrations can also be set up to drop files and summaries into your input folders automatically.

Outputs are what your skills and workflows produce — PRDs, personas, competitor profiles, status updates. They land in the matching outputs/ folder, so you always know where to find them. You can re-read outputs later, edit them by hand, or feed them into the next skill.

The pattern means you never lose track of what your PM OS produced or where to put new info.
