Your context files are how Claude knows your company, product, users, goals, and competitors — the more it knows, the better the work it produces. mySecond's onboarding chat builds your first draft in just a few minutes.
When to use this
- You're brand new to mySecond and haven't built your context yet
- You want to understand what your context files are and why they matter
- You're ready to keep improving your context after the first draft
Setup
- Go to mySecond and start the onboarding chat.
- Answer the questions about your company. Provide as much detail as you'd like — the more you share, the better your first draft.
- mySecond creates an optimized first draft of your context files so Claude has everything it needs to start producing excellent outputs.
- After setup, you'll see a Context Health score — a snapshot of how complete your context is. You can keep improving it over time.
- Once you're connected to Claude Code, use the Enhance Context skill to upload additional documents about your company, personas, and competitors.
How it works

These give every skill, workflow, and subagent in your PM OS the grounding it needs to produce work tailored to you. The more Claude knows about your business, the better its outputs. Return to mySecond anytime to refine your context, or run the Enhance Context skill in Claude Code to layer in new documents.
