Add products — expand your PM OS across your portfolio

Add products to your Team PM OS so every PM on your team can run Claude against the work that's actually theirs.

When to use this

  • You manage more than one product and need each one in your PM OS
  • You are onboarding a new PM and want to assign them to the right product
  • You want to control which teammates can edit context or run Claude for a given product

Setup

  1. Open mySecond and go to Settings.
  2. Under Products, click Add product.
  3. Give the product a name (e.g. Mobile App or Platform API).
  4. Under Team members, add the teammates who work on this product.
  5. For each teammate, choose their permission level — Lead or Contributor.
  6. Save. The product is now available to those teammates in Claude Code.

How it works

Each product in your Team PM OS has its own context files — company, product, personas, competitors, and goals scoped to that product. When a teammate runs a skill or workflow in Claude Code, it reads from the context for the product they're assigned to, not the whole team's.

Permissions control what each person can do within that product. A Lead can edit context files directly and approve change requests from their contributors. A Contributor can propose changes that a Lead reviews before they take effect. A teammate assigned to one product cannot access context for another.
